What does our store carry?

The range includes bath, shower, body care, skincare, haircare, fragrance, gifts, and makeup products.

Will shipping be free?

The checkout page is the source of truth for free-shipping qualification and final delivery cost.

What timing should I expect?

Allow about 1–2 business days for handling and an estimated 2–4 business days for transit; carrier timing is not guaranteed.

Are preference and wrong-choice returns accepted?

Yes. Request a mail return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Both defective and non-defective merchandise is accepted. A non-defective item must remain new, unused, in original condition, with packaging, labels, and accessories.

Is return postage free?

Yes. A free return label is packed with the order, and no restocking fee applies. Authorization is required before mailing.

How are problem items handled?

For damage, defects, a wrong item, or missing contents, send the order number, checkout email, details, and photos or video of the item and packaging.

When will money be returned?

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method within 10 days.

What can I use to pay?

Actual checkout currently displays credit and debit cards. Only methods available there should be relied upon.
