Defective and non-defective items are both returnable, and exchanges are offered under this policy.
Thirty days and item condition
Contact us no later than 30 days from delivery. Eligible merchandise must be new, unused, in its original state, and accompanied by original packaging, tags, and accessories. This includes non-defective requests caused by a changed decision, preference, or mistaken selection, as well as damage, defects, wrong goods, missing pieces, or a material difference from the description.
Request and authorization
Provide the order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason. Photos or video of both product and packaging are also required for damage, defects, missing contents, or incorrect goods. Wait for authorization before mailing anything.
Return shipping and exchange
Returns are sent by mail. The package includes a free return label, and there is no restocking charge. Exchanges are completed only when replacement stock is available.
Refund timing
Following approval, we process the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions can take additional time to display the credit.
