Before dispatch
Preparation usually takes around 1–2 working days. Please check the delivery address, email, and telephone number before completing checkout, since missing or incorrect information can delay a shipment.
Transit and cost
Once handed to the carrier, delivery is expected in roughly 2–4 business days. This is an estimate, not a promise. Weather, demand, holidays, customs, access, or carrier disruptions may extend it. Checkout determines whether free shipping applies and displays the final charge.
Tracking and problems
Tracking updates are provided when available. For a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or damage, send the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and an explanation. Preserve damaged goods and packaging and provide photos or video. A carrier review may be necessary.
