Review and billing details
A processor may approve, examine, reject, or request verification of a payment. Billing information must be accurate. Transactions that are high-risk, incomplete, declined, or not verifiable can be held or canceled.
Card information and issuer matters
We do not retain full card numbers on this page. The issuing bank or payment service normally handles a failed charge, refusal, dispute, authorization hold, or exchange-rate question.
Returning funds
An approved refund ordinarily goes to the original method. Provider posting times begin after our processing is complete.
